Beef Jerky SO happy with the results and it only took 4 hours at 160 degrees.
► Power AF Oven used
► Marinade I used for almost 2 lbs of top round (sliced for me by the butcher)
8 T. Soy Sauce
10 T. Ketchup
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Season Salt
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
1 T. Liquid Smoke
3 T. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Siracha
►Marinate over night if you can and drain well the next day.
► Pat dry with paper towels. I sprayed each try with some olive oil and a bit after I laid the meat down. Don’t overlap
the meat too much.
► 2 hours in I re-arranged the racks to help the drying process. Worked great! Next up will be Korean BBQ Jerky…. 😍
